Theme: Tractors and Tailgates

Prizes: 1st $50.00, 2nd $30.00, 3rd $20.00
1. Decorate 2 or more scarecrows and display them adjacent to your driveway. Decorating may be an individual or family project.
2. Must use the 2026 Harrow Fair Theme.
3. To be eligible for prize money, the following must be included in your decoration:

4. Displays will be judged on: overall appearance 30%, Originality 40%, Visibility of dates & Theme 30%
5. Displays must remain on site until the completion of the 2026 Harrow Fair.
6. The location of all entries must be submitted by August 16th to: Brenda Anger (519-791-8369) or Bev Pillon (519-736-2554)
7. Please include name, phone number, address, concession and municipality. (Windsor / Essex County ONLY)
8. All entries must be in place by August 27th as judging will commence shortly thereafter.
