Rules
- Amateurs Only
- All entries to be in place by 9:00 pm Wednesday and not removed before 5:00 pm Sunday
- All exhibits must be an original photograph taken by the exhibitor within the last year, unless indicated otherwise.
- Photos may have basic adjustments applied when taking the photo or in post processing (brighter, shadows, highlight, cropping, etc.)
- Photo sizes – Must be 5″ x 7″ (12.7×17.8 cm) or 4″ x 6″ (10×15.2 cm) unless otherwise stated.
- Photos with white border will NOT be accepted
- Original prints – no photocopies.
- Only one entry allowed for each section.
- A photo can only be entered once.
- Individual photos to be mounted by exhibitor on a sturdy black bristol board (no foam board) with 1 inch (2.5 cm) showing on all sides. The backing will be pinned for display.
- Photo must be firmly attached to the backing. No mounting corners. The Fair Board is not responsible for pictures that are not firmly attached to backing.
- No framed pictures accepted.
- Photos will be judged on sharpness, visual impact, appearance, and should represent the category.
- Directors will affix entry tag.
- Entrant’s name must not appear on front or back of the entry. No captions.
- Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any entry.
- Photography viewing will be closed at 4:00 pm on Sunday. Entries can be picked up at 5:00 pm
