Membership

Exhibitor membership ($12.00) entitles you to enter no more than TWO entries in any section of each class in Exhibition Hall, unless otherwise stated, and ONE entry in any section for Arts & Crafts, Needle Arts and Photography.
Each exhibitor will receive a one-day pass. To upgrade to a weekend pass is an additional $10.
If you are a Junior entering in an adult class you must purchase an adult membership. Junior is 12 years and under. You are not eligible for a pass.
Everyone will need to purchase a new membership every year.

Prize Lists

The prize list is available HERE and will be available at select locations after July 15th.

Entry Forms

All entries are to be made on the pre-printed forms accompanied by necessary fees (poultry).

*Please read rules and regulations and sign entry form.An entry form is enclosed with your Prize List. You may obtain pre-printed forms at the office or by downloading HERE.

Deadline for ALL Poultry entries including “Junior” is Wednesday, August 7th, 2024. Office will be open to receive signed forms and fees. 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm.

All other regular entry forms can be mailed any time during the summer or brought to the office during the following hours:

Monday, August 19th to Friday August 23rd 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
Saturday, August 24th 10:00 am – 5:00 pm

Office also open: (But no entry forms will be accepted)
Monday, August 26th & Tuesday, August 27th 11:00 am – 6:00 pm

BUT NO E-MAIL ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED

Entries

Entries must be placed in Exhibition Hall, Craft Building, Scout Hall (Lions) & Poultry Barn between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm Wednesday, August 28th, 2024. Signed entry forms that are received before Saturday, August 24th will allow our Volunteers the time needed to enter your information and print your tags. This simple task will save you time in line on Wednesday as your tags will be ready.

Reclaiming Entries

You must reclaim your entries on Sunday September 1st, 2024 between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm. (You may need your membership card.) Domestic Science reserves the right to discard moldy, bacteria laden exhibits.

Prize Money

Prize money will be mailed to you approximately 4 weeks after the Fair. Please cash cheques promptly (by December 31).
