All pictures, sec 1-7, 15, 17 must be framed or gallery wrapped and ready to hang.
Cardboard backing on all paper entries.
All articles must be handmade by exhibitor (no prints).
Articles must be new, clean, dry, and any pieces secured.
Articles must never have been exhibited at the Harrow Fair in any prior year.
Limit one entry per artist for any section in class 66, otherwise not accepted.
Due to space restrictions – No article larger than 1 metre (40”) permitted.
