Re:       2010 Harrow Fair

We are pleased to extend you an invitation to participate in the 2010 Harrow Fair.                                                          

Enclosed please find 2 copies of the contract.  We would ask that you review the terms of the contract, and enter the size and cost of your space in paragraphs 2 and 3.  Please also provide up to date contact information on schedule "A" of the contract.

The prices (inclusive of GST) for the 2010 Harrow fair are:      

Small (up to 10' x 10') - $80.00

Medium (up to 10' x 20') - $132.00

Large (up to 20' x 20') - $212.00

Extra Large (larger than 20' x 20') - $265.00

To reserve your space at the 2010 Harrow Fair, please return both copies of the contract with your signature along with your payment to the address listed below.  A signed copy of the contract will be provided to you at the Fair. Please note that we will also require proof of public liability insurance prior to the commencement of the fair.  This is a new requirement implemented last year that arises out of increasing liability concerns. 

If we have not received a response from you by June 30^th, we may assume you are no longer interested in participating in the Fair and may assign your space to someone else.

ATTENTION:  Harrow Fair Vendors

For each employee/volunteer you have attending your booth they must have a fair wristband on or a day pass when entering the gates. You may purchase these in August when you have received your confirmation contract.  Discounted day pass is available up until 12:00 p.m. Thursday, September 2. After this time anyone coming to work for your booth will pay at the gate the regular fee of $7.00.

Weekend wristbands are $15.00 each.

Discounted day passes are $4.00 each (by due date).

Regular day passes are $7.00 each.

Please notify all volunteers and/or workers of our requirements before the fair begins. Regardless of the hours they are providing, we require you or themselves to purchase one of these passes.  Our aim is to alleviate misunderstandings with workers you have scheduled throughout the weekend. We realize that our vendors do not need any additional expenses, which is why we are pleased to offer the discounted day pass. We have also not increased our rates for space rental, compared to other events you may have attended.
