Membership
Exhibitor membership ($7.00) entitles you to enter no more than two entries in any section of a class in Exhibition Hall, unless otherwise stated, and ONE entry in any section for Arts & Crafts, Needle Arts and Photography.
Each exhibitor will receive one pass.
If you are a Junior entering in an adult class you must purchase an adult membership. Junior is 12 years and under.
Everyone will need to purchase a new membership every year.
Entry Forms
All entries are to be made on the pre-printed forms accompanied by neccessary fees (poultry). All sections and classes are listed in this year's book.

The entry form is available for download here as we as is enclosed in the Prize List.
Entry forms are to be submitted by August 28th, 2010 so that the tags may be prepared for you ahead of time.
Poultry entry forms must be in by Monday August 16th, 2010.
Mail or Fax entry form early. No e-mail entries.
Faxed entries will not be accepted after 8:00 pm Saturday, August 28th.
Entries
Entries must be placed in Exhibition Hall, Craft Building, Scout Hall & Poultry Barn between 10:00 am and 9:00 pm Wednesday September 1st, 2010.
Reclaiming
Entries You must reclaim your entries on Sunday September 5th between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm. (You may need your membership card)
Prize Money
Prize money will be mailed to you approximately 4 weeks after the Fair Please cash cheques promptly (by December 31).
